adidas Yeezy Day 2021 Schedule For August 2nd
As Kanye puts the finishing touches on “DONDA,” adidas Yeezy is bringing up the temperature on the footwear front.
If you head over to Yeezy Supply, you’ll see a countdown set to end on August 2nd, the very same date the Deadstock Release Event started back in 2019. Renamed to “Yeezy Day,” the event could very well eclipse the 30 different restocks that hit the scene 2 years ago. Alongside rumors of a brand new 700 v3 colorway — which adds glow-in-the-dark cages to a Triple Black base — the Yeezy Boost 700 “Wave Runner” is reported to be re-releasing alongside numerous other colorways.
For now, all we can do is wait in anticipation. “Yeezy Day” is currently set go live on August 2nd (8/3 in the EU and Asia) via Yeezy Supply and adidas Yeezy.

Yeezy Day has returned! After a year-long hiatus, the unofficial Three Stripe holiday is here to drop new and old releases from the Yeezy catalog. Read below to see what to expect from today’s releases.
As if Kanye West teasing another album weren’t enough, Yeezy and adidas are coming together once again to bring back Yeezy Day. Started in 2019, the first Yeezy Day was filled with restocks of popular Yeezy models. Despite a brief hiatus because of 2020’s COVID-19, the unofficial holiday resumes in 2021. Just like 2019, this year’s Yeezy Day will be filled with the return of some of Yeezy’s most desired colorways and silhouettes. Since the first Yeezy Day saw a mix of 20 old and new colorways drop, it is hard to pinpoint everything that will be released this year, but here’s a list of everything that will supposedly make an appearance today. And who knows, maybe he’ll also drop that album as a bonus.
adidas Yeezy Foam RNNR “Ochre”
The controversial Yeezy Foam RNNR is set to debut two new colorways today, with the first being the rumored Ochre colorway. Like past Yeezy Foam RNNR releases, the clog features a monochromatic theme throughout its algae and EVA foam construction. Oval holes on each side allow for ventilation to the wearer’s feet.
adidas Yeezy Foam RNNR “MX Cream Clay”
The second Foam RNNR to see a release is the adidas Yeezy Foam RNNR “MX Cream Clay”. This colorway of the multi-colored clog has a mix of grey, Clay, and Cream streaks all over the silhouette.
adidas Yeezy 700 “Wave Runner”
Returning for Yeezy Day is a classic for the Yeezy lineage, the adidas Yeezy 700 “Wave Runner”. Debuting back in 2017, the Wave Runner was the first colorway to introduce the now familiar Yeezy 700 model. The colorway has already made multiple returns, restocking in both 2018 and 2019.
adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Zebra”
adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Black Reflective”
The adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Black Reflective” was the second ever 350 model to feature a reflective knitted upper. Outside of its reflective attributes, the colorway takes on similar design cues from the original Yeezy 350 Pirate Black. Its all-black design makes it a favorite among the 350 V2 catalog.
adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Cloud Reflective”
Another reflective model seeing a restock is the adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Cloud Reflective”. The upper brought a lighter touch to the 350 V2 family in 2019. Consisting of both Light Blue and Light Grey knitted uppers, the sneaker gives off the soft hues found in a cloud, while reflective knitting throughout brings brightness to the colorway, like a strike of lightning.
adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Synth Reflective”
The adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Synth Reflective” release was a special regional drop alongside its “Antila” and “Lundmark” pack-mates. Its exclusivity to only Asian and Oceanian regions made it impossible for most to get a pair for retail, but this Yeezy Day gives everyone else a fair shot at scooping a pair. And if you do happen to get a pair for retail, you’re looking at a sizable return on your investment, as the “Synth Reflective” is seeing a 528% price premium on our site.
adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Tail Light”
Similar to the “Synth Reflective”, the adidas Yeezy 350 V2 “Tail Light” also followed a regional release mechanic in 2020. Exclusive to the EU, the 350 V2 “Tail Light” features a majority grey knit color-blocked upper, with flashes of neon red appearing on the heel.
adidas Yeezy 700 MNVN “Triple Black”
The adidas Yeezy 700 MNVN Triple Black will see a return for Yeezy Day. The colorway was released in February 2020 and has already seen a restock in May, just three months later. The MNVN Triple Black colorway introduced the boldly emblazoned “700” on the upper. And if the 700 wasn’t large enough, the numbers are stenciled with reflective material to make them even harder to miss.
adidas Yeezy 700 MNVN “Orange”
Yeezy is no stranger to bright colors, and the adidas Yeezy 700 MNVN Orange is as bright as they come. Yeezy Day will mark the first time the colorway is seeing a restock. The 700 MNVN Orange was released within the same winter month as the Triple Black last year. Similar to the 700 MNVN Triple Black, the Orange sees an entirely reflective “700”, while an Orange nylon upper provides flexibility.
adidas Yeezy 700 V3 “Dark Glow”
The adidas Yeezy 700 V3 “Dark Glow” is a never-before-seen colorway that just dropped on Yeezy Supply. The only images that the Yeezy Team have supplied were of the sneaker glowing in the dark. Rumor has it that the sneaker looks eerily similar to the 2020’s Yeezy 700 V3 Alvah release. At the moment of writing this post, the sneaker still seems to be available on Yeezy Supply.
Restocks, Strass et Paillettes
After the recent announcement of The YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 Mono Pack, many fans thought the monofilament mesh was the only direction the silhouette was going from now on. But, as we have seen with the reveal of the YEEZY BOOST 350 v2 «Light», primeknit colorways of the model are far from gone. Now, we present to you a much anticipated return of some old favorites, as a sneakpeek of the YEEZY DAY 2021, which will be happening globally this year for the first time ever.
All four of the colorways released between June 2019 and February 2020, so while they are somewhat recent, it’s a bit hard to get your hands on them in 2021. Let’s have a look at these colorways together and see what makes them so special and in-demand all this time after their drop.
First, let’s check out the YEEZY BOOST 350 v2 «Synth» reflective. Originally released on June 21st, 2019, this sneaker was only available in Africa, Oceania and Asia, being part of a regional release alongside the «Antilia» and «Lundmark». In most ways, «Synth» is similar to most of its brothers and sisters from the 350 family, featuring the beloved BOOST cushioning, the primeknit upper and its reflective top.
The regional availability made it somewhat of a hassle to get in other parts of the world, so it is great for many to see a WORLDWIDE re-release sometime this August for the Yeezy Day 2021.

REGIONAL EXCLUSIVE

Next up is the YEEZY 350 v2 «Cloud White» reflective. These kicks released alongside the «Citrin» on September 19th, 2019. The “Cloud White” features a purely white outsole and a baby blue primeknit upper, as well as the BOOST cushioning. It will be restocking the same day as the other 3 models detailed here, all for the usual $220.
Also back in the action is June 6th 2019’s YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 «Black» Reflective. Featuring an all black design around all of the model’s signature elements, this colorway is sure to bring some class to your outfits. One unique characteristic of this sneaker is the heel tab in the back of the shoe, which most 350 v2s don’t have anymore.
Last but not least, we come to the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 «Tail Light». This homage to the early days of the 350s places all the attention on the orange heel tab. Originally released on February 22nd 2020, this sneaker was exclusive to Europe and Russia, therefore somewhat difficult to get a hold of these days. This restock will definitely make many fans rejoice.
YEEZY 350 v2 «Tail Light»
All of the discussed colorways are coming out worldwide in August 2021 for Yeezy Day 2021, for the usual 350 v2 retail price of $220. Please let us know on our social media channels what your favorite is, and for all updates and news about the 350s, YEEZY DAY 2021 and more, keep it locked to YM.
YEEZY DAY 2021 проходит 2 и 3 августа.
