We can see from the account that the FACEIT account linked to your Steam ID is linked to the following email
Please note that due to FACEIT’s terms and conditions we can not unlink or transfer any game ID.
We’ve included a link below for you to enable to reset your password if this has been forgotten:

If do not have access to your email any more we require the following data for the FACEIT profile under this email:
FACEIT profile name:(exact spelling)
Full name:
Date of Birth:
Any friends on the account:
Last played:
If you do not know all of these pieces of information we will require you to send in Photo Identification to prove you are the owner.
The photo ID we require is an official document either a passport, provisional/full driving license, or even a school ID.
The main details that are required is your full name and date of birth.
If you placed a fake name on the account we will require further information like
Activation date
Friends on the account
Payment details
Last played
Just so you are aware if you are unable to provide any of the following information or you set up the account in a fake name we will unfortunately be unable to give you access to your account

Для возврата за продление подписки на 3,6,12 месяцев на неактивном аккаунте должны быть соблюдены следующие условия:
Если вы соответствуете всем этим требованиям, нужно отправить тикет для возврата подписки.
Забаненные игроки не имеют права на возврат за текущие период. После продления им нужно связаться в течение 30 дней для возврата.
Подарочные подписки возврату не подлежат.
